Acceptable Use Policy
01Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all individuals and entities who access or use services provided by Dynora Pages, including but not limited to:
- Clients who have entered into a service agreement with Dynora Pages.
- Visitors who interact with any website, application, or platform developed by Dynora Pages on a client's behalf.
- Any third party who accesses systems, tools, or environments maintained by Dynora Pages.
This policy supplements and does not replace any terms outlined in your individual service agreement or our Terms of Service.
02Permitted Use
You may use Dynora Pages' services and deliverables solely for lawful, legitimate business purposes consistent with the scope of work agreed upon in your service contract. Permitted use includes:
- Operating your business website, e-commerce store, or digital platform as described in the agreed scope of work.
- Publishing content that is accurate, legal, and consistent with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Customizing delivered code and design files within the parameters agreed upon post-handoff.
- Sharing deliverables with authorized internal team members or contracted third-party vendors directly involved in your business operations.
03Prohibited Content
Dynora Pages will not develop, host, or support any platform, website, or application that publishes, promotes, or facilitates the following:
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or intentionally harmful to any individual or group.
- Material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrighted text, images, software, or trademarks.
- Content involving or promoting illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or the sale of controlled substances.
- Material that exploits or harms minors in any form.
- Misinformation or deceptive content designed to mislead consumers or manipulate public opinion.
- Content that discriminates against individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or phishing schemes of any kind.
04Prohibited Technical Activities
The following technical activities are strictly prohibited across all services and environments associated with Dynora Pages:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, database, or account not explicitly made available to you.
- Introducing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code into any environment.
- Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against any infrastructure.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from any platform without express written permission.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any proprietary software or system components beyond what is explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- Using automated tools to generate artificial traffic, manipulate analytics, or simulate user behavior for deceptive purposes.
- Circumventing any security, authentication, or access control mechanisms implemented by Dynora Pages.
05Intellectual Property Obligations
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, assets, and materials they provide to Dynora Pages for incorporation into deliverables are either owned outright or properly licensed for the intended use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Photography, illustrations, videos, and other visual media.
- Written copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Brand assets such as logos, wordmarks, and trademarks.
- Third-party fonts, icon sets, and UI libraries used beyond the scope of their license.
Dynora Pages assumes no liability for intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied content.
06Resale and Redistribution
Unless a separate written agreement explicitly grants resale rights, clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise commercialize Dynora Pages' proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, or workflow systems. Specifically prohibited without written consent:
- Reselling custom-developed components as standalone products or templates.
- Representing Dynora Pages' work as your own agency's proprietary system or IP.
- Licensing delivered code to third parties for their independent use outside of your business operations.
Clients retain the right to use delivered work within their own business; all underlying systems, processes, and unreleased tooling remain the intellectual property of Dynora Pages unless explicitly transferred in writing.
07Compliance with Laws
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of Dynora Pages' deliverables complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Data protection and privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable frameworks.
- Consumer protection and e-commerce regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines where legally required.
- Industry-specific regulations governing healthcare, finance, legal services, or other regulated sectors.
Dynora Pages may provide general guidance but does not act as a legal compliance advisor. Clients should seek independent legal counsel for compliance matters specific to their industry.
08Enforcement and Consequences
Dynora Pages reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. Upon determining that a violation has occurred, Dynora Pages may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a formal written warning and require corrective action within a specified timeframe.
- Suspend ongoing services or access to managed environments until the issue is resolved.
- Terminate the service agreement without refund of fees paid, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Pursue civil remedies for damages resulting from the violation.
Dynora Pages will make reasonable efforts to notify the client prior to taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm to our systems, third parties, or legal standing.
09Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that may constitute a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy — whether by a client, visitor, or third party — we encourage you to report it promptly. All reports are handled with discretion and reviewed by our team in a timely manner.
